How Do I Deposit?

In order to Deposit, you must first be registered as a RileysPoker Money Play Member. If you are already a RileysPoker Money Play Member, please follow the instructions below to Deposit to your account:

Start the RileysPoker program;
Click on "Money Play";
Where requested, enter your RileysPoker Money Play Username and Password;
Once in the RileysPoker Lobby, click on the "Cashier" icon, in the lower left corner;
Click on "Deposit";
You will be presented with several Payment Methods with which to submit your Deposit (click on "Learn How" for step-by-step instructions on Depositing by this Payment Method).
If you do not see your preferred Payment Method, click on "More Deposit Methods";
From the drop-down menu, please choose your country of residence;
You will be presented with a complete menu of all of the Payment Methods accepted from your country of residence;
Click on your preferred Payment Method and follow the on screen instructions (or click "Learn How" for step-by-step instructions on Depositing by this Payment Method).

Generally, credit card or debit card deposits by members in Canada, UK or EU countries that use the Euro will be converted into and charged to the member's card in local currency (CAD, GBP or EUR). The conversion rate applied will be the daily rate used by our bank. Once the deposit has been approved, the member will be told his transaction ID and the amount deposited in both US dollars and local currency. In other circumstances, the deposit will be charged to the member in US dollars at the rate used by the member's issuing bank.

Why do I need to send in my documents?

I am afraid of identity theft so how can you ensure security of my documents if I send them to you?

In order to make the sending of the documents more secure we recommend that you send them in separate emails and with regards credit cards, the front and back separately. Also the CVV number of the back of the card should be blanked out as can be the middle eight digits on the front of the card. All documents received by us are received and stored in such a way as to not be viewable by staff other than specifically authorized personnel.

How does RileysPoker.com ensure the security of my documents once they are sent in?

Once received documents from members are digitally stored in a secure environment, access to which is restricted to very specific members of staff and is password protected.

What type of documents, am I required to send?

You may be requested to send some or all of the following depending on the reason you are being asked to verify your identity:

(i) Photographic ID: This photographic ID can be in the form of a copy of a Passport, Drivers License or National ID card. Please ensure that your name, photograph and signature are visible on the document.

(ii) Credit cards: A copy of the front and back of the credit card used to fund your account is also required. You may block the middle eight numbers and the 3 digit security code at the back of the card copy.

(iii) Proof of address: this may be submitted in the form of a utility bill or credit cards statement.

(iv) Notarized documentation may also be requested depending on the amount of your cashout request. (Done by a Notary, this is to certify something such as a signature on a legal document as authentic or legitimate by affixing a notary's stamp and signature).
