Option Two: Play Poker to win your place (One Winner for each of the two Poker Tournaments)

HOW TO ENTER

1. Click here to download and install the easy-to-use Poker software.
2. Follow the instructions and once its installed click on New Player and register your details. Create a user name and you will receive a password. Now you are eligible to enter our special restricted tournaments on Monday the 27th October and Tuesday the 28th October at 20:30
3. On tournament days open the Pacific Poker program between 6.00pm and 8.00pm (tournament starts at 8.30pm so don't be late).
4. There are a series of tabs in the Poker lobby. Look under the multi-table tab and you will see a tournament called 'Shane Warne Wonderland'.
5. Double-click on the tournament and you will enter the Tournament Lobby. Click on 'Join the Tournament'. You are now registered for the tournament.
6. You will automatically be seated at a table when the tournament begins.
7. The top player from each tournament will win the prize of playing cricket with Shane Warne on November 7th

Shane Coaching Day Terms and Conditions

The following are the terms and conditions of the 888.com Shane Warne Coaching Wonderland UK Promotion which is offered by the operator of the Internet sites found at www.888.com and www.pacificpoker.com (the "Sponsor"). Your participation in the Promotion shall be deemed to be your complete acceptance of the terms and conditions herein.

1. Entry to the Promotion is available only to persons over the age of 18 and who do not have any previous account with the Sponsor. You may be asked at any stage to provide to the Sponsor or a third party proof of age and/or identity.
2. Employees and relatives of employees of the Sponsor and any entities affiliated or related to the Sponsor are not eligible to enter. For these purposes, the term "relative" shall mean spouse, partner, parent, child or sibling.
3. Each entrant shall only be entitled to make one entrance to the Promotion. In the event that the Sponsor deem that an entrant has made multiple applications to enter the Promotion or has executed any act in bad faith in relation to the Promotion, such entrant shall be excluded from the Promotion and therefore ineligible from winning any of the Prizes, as defined below.
4. The Promotion shall commence on 20th October and shall end on 28thth (the "Promotion Period").
5. In order to enter the Promotion an entrant must open a new user account and complete the registration with the Sponsor via the Internet site located at www.888.com/shane - no real money deposit is required. Following such registration the entrant may qualify via the qualifying poker tournaments which shall be held on the 27th and 28thOctober 2008. For the avoidance of doubt it is hereby clarified that entrants may play in the qualifying tournaments without limitation but shall only be eligible to win one place at the prize day.
6. Those entrants who win one of the tournaments shall be eligible to win the following prize(the "Prize"):
   (i) The winner of the Final shall win an afternoon with Shane Warne at his hotel in London playing poker with food and drinks.
   The winner of the each of the two tournaments shall win an afternoon with Shane including Lunch and cricketing master class at Kent County Cricket indoor academy in Kent
7. The Sponsor's decision is final on all matters relating to the awarding of the Prize and shall not be subject to review or appeal by an entrant or any third party.
8. Your participation in the Promotion will be deemed to be your agreement for the Sponsor to user your name, likeness or image for promotional purposes without the requirement for any payment to you and you expressly waive any claims relating against the Sponsor in this regard.
9. You hereby agree that in the event of your winning any of the Prizes, the Sponsor shall be entitled to use your name, likeness and image in relation to promoting and marketing any of its Internet sites and you hereby grant the Sponsor the right to do so.
10. Prizes are neither transferable nor exchangeable and cannot be exchanged for money or money's worth.
11. In the event that for any reason whatsoever any winning entrant does not take an element of a Prize at a time stipulated by the Sponsor, then such winning entrant shall be deemed to have forfeited his/her claim to such Prize and the Sponsor shall have any obligation to compensate the winning entrant in any way.
12. By entering the Promotion each entrant unreservedly agrees to these terms and conditions which govern the Promotion and the awarding of the Prizes.
13. By entering the Promotion each entrant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless the Sponsor, its legal representatives, its affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from any damages whatsoever, including any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the acceptance of any of the Prizes.
14. The winning entrant shall be solely responsible for taking out and maintaining the relevant insurance policy in relation to any Prize.
15. The Sponsor reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions at its sole discretion.
16. The Sponsor reserves the right (at any time) to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion if, in the judgment of the Sponsor, the Promotion is not capable of being conducted as specified. Further, the Sponsor reserves the right to award a monetary prize in equal or greater value as a Prize in place of a Prize, at its sole discretion. The value of a Prize shall be determined on the basis of its actual value and not any potential value or prize receivable as a consequence of the Prize.
17. The winners' name will be disclosed to anyone who writes to the Sponsor at the address below.
18. The Promotion is open to players who are able to attend the Event. In the event that winner of the two tournaments is not a able to receive any of the Prizes the Sponsor shall be entitled to award the relevant Prize to the next eligible qualifying entrant.
19. These terms and conditions and any matters relating hereto shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with English law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Royal Courts of Justice, London.
20. Entry to this competition is restricted to UK residents only
21. The Winners will be responsible for their own travel and associated costs for travel to and from Kent on November 7th 2008.
