Depending on whether playing from a mobile device or PC, your Support ID is located as follows:
Mobile Devices
- Login to your 888casino account.
- The Support ID is displayed within ‘My Account’ under ‘Personal Details’.
PC
- Login to your 888casino account.
- Click the ‘Cashier’ tab.
- Your Support ID is located within the dropdown menu in the top right hand corner of our Cashier (see image below).
Your Support ID is located as follows:
- Login to your 888poker account.
- The Support ID is displayed within ‘My Account’ under ‘Personal Details’.
Alternatively:
- Login to your 888poker account.
- Click the ‘Cashier’ tab.
- Your Support ID is located within the dropdown menu in the top right hand corner of our Cashier (see image below).
