If you're a Sky B customer in the UK there may be a setting in your sky shield which is blocking your connection to 888.com.
You can change your Sky Shield settings as follows:
- While connected to Sky, go to 'My Sky'.
- Under 'Settings', turn OFF 'Sky Shield'.
- Attempt to log into your 888.com account again.
